Jeko Foundation started during the 2020 lockdown when the ground reality of poverty and the lack of proper education in the locality stared us in deep shades of pain and need. Thus, unbeknownst, this was the natural inception of this NGO.
The percolated simplicity of our aim is the same as the intention that this NGO began with.
The desire to serve people at home, educate young minds, and to help the needy. The foundation kick-started with investments of personal savings, towards the aim of community-building. The Foundation is run primarily by volunteers, and together we have worked on donation and awareness drives in the locality.
In the passage of time, the Jeko Foundation gained recognition gradually, and it was rewarded with an appreciation certificate from the Arunachal Government. The Foundation now has official registration.
